What do I need to receive Light Stream TV service?

There are a few things you need. First, you must have high-speed internet in order for the service to work properly. Secondly, you need to have a good Android device to play LSTV service such as a Firestick 4k or something similar. Lastly, you need to visit our “Order Service” page and choose a subscription plan that works for you.

What are the pros and cons?

Light Stream TV offers a lot of content for a very low price! Light Stream TV app is constantly being improved and updated. The service however is not perfect, channels/guide will go down from time to time.

Is there a contract?

There are no contracts.  Payments are automatically renewed month after month, but you can cancel at any time.

I am having buffering issues, what can I do?

If your stream keeps buffering, it is most likely not Light Stream TV. Try clearing the cache, restarting the device and or restarting your modem. If these steps do not help, your Internet service provider may be throttling (slowing) your speed. Especially if you notice the problem only during peak Internet traffic hours, around 5 PM to 11 PM daily. Another remedy would be to use a VPN such as IPVanish, which will also protect your privacy while most likely eliminating the buffering issue.

How much can I stream per month?

The streaming amount is unlimited for every plan. You can choose to stream 24 hours a day, it is included in your plan. Happy streaming!

How is the picture quality of Light Stream TV?

All of Light Stream TV channels are in HD quality 1080p and some are also in 720p. Check your internet speed to ensure you will be able to enjoy streaming without buffering issues. Netflix recommends a constant speed of at least 5 Megabits per second for HD quality. However most homes have multiple people using the internet at the same time, so it would be fair to say at least 15 Megabits per second would be better suited. For multiple streams at once, it is usually recommended to have a constant stream of at least 25 Megabits per second. How do I use Light Stream TV?

Light Stream TV requires a high-speed internet connection. There are different ways to install the app on various devices. Go to the Download page and follow the steps to install the app on the devices you are going to use.

How do I set up LSTV with my device?

Set up is quite simple. You’ll receive a username and password via email. Next, download our LSTV app from our “Download” page and follow instructions. Once you open the app you’ll be required to enter a username and password to login into our system.

Do you offer a free trial?

Free trials are available. However, trials are 24 hours long. This gives you plenty of time to test out our excellent service.

You can download the Light Stream TV app to multiple devices. Depending on which subscription service you order will determine the number of TV’s or devices you can stream to at one time.
